Before you start

On-demand Wi-Fi and solenoid valve.

!
After a safety shut-off, the water may remain closed.

Use the Resume water function from the screen or web interface if a solenoid valve is used.

02

Quick start

Basic checks during production.

1

Switch on CP-FLOW

Leave the display on the Flow page while producing water.

2

Open the water supply

The flow should change from 0.00 to a measured value.

3

Wake the display if needed

The display may turn off after about 1 minute. Turn or press the knob to wake it.

03

Using the rotary knob

Local CP-FLOW navigation.

TurnChanges screen or menu line.
Short pressConfirms or opens the menu.
Long pressTriggers a special action, such as Resume water.
04

Wi-Fi and web dashboard

Enable Wi-Fi only when needed.

1

Enable Wi-Fi: ON

From the CP-FLOW menu.

2

Connect to the network

Choose CP-FLOW-xxxx with password 123456789.

3

Open the interface

Enter http://192.168.4.1. On iPhone, make sure you type http:// before the address.

05

Counters, cartridges and alarms

Produced volume and maintenance management.

Flow and session

Instant flow is shown in L/min and the session tracks the volume produced during the current run.

Cartridges

CP-FLOW can manage up to 4 cartridges with name, capacity, threshold and alarm.

Resetting counters

Use the Reset command for the cartridge if you replace only one element, or Reset pack if you replace the entire pack.

06

Check measurement accuracy

Verify the measurement with a known volume before making any correction.

1

Prepare exactly 1 litre

Use a reliable graduated container and measure a true volume of 1 litre.

2

Compare with CP-FLOW

Run this litre through the sensor and note the value shown by CP-FLOW.

3

If a difference remains, contact support

The correction method depends on the software version. Send support the actual value, the displayed value and a photo or screenshot of the settings screen; CoralPlast will tell you which field and value to use for your version.

Important: do not change a calibration coefficient without identifying the correct field for your version. If the menu differs from your guide, contact CoralPlast.
07

Logs and OTA update

Maintenance functions.

Logs

Enable Wi-Fi and open the interface to view available sessions and diagnostics.

OTA

The update page is available at http://192.168.4.1/update when Wi-Fi is enabled.

08

Quick troubleshooting

Simple checks before contacting support.

The web page does not open

Check that Wi-Fi: ON is enabled, that you are connected to CP-FLOW-xxxx and that you enter http://192.168.4.1.

The water remains shut off

Use Resume water from the display or web dashboard.

The measurement looks inaccurate

Repeat the accuracy check using exactly 1 litre measured in a reliable container.

Check

  • Flow visible during production.
  • Rotary knob tested.
  • Cartridges configured.
  • Calibration/check performed if necessary.

Avoid

  • Leaving Wi-Fi enabled unnecessarily if you want to save battery power.
  • Forgetting Resume water after a solenoid shut-off.
  • Calibrating with an approximate volume.
