In case of a problem with a product purchased on CoralPlast.fr, the customer must contact CoralPlast at shop@CoralPlast.fr or through the channels indicated by the site. The products benefit from the French legal guarantees applicable to hidden defects and compliance defects. The product cards indicate any specific warranty conditions.
The French version specifies the conditions for return costs under warranty, packaging and wear-related components. The customer remains responsible for the installation and use of spare parts.
Compliance with delivery
