The delivery address can only be changed before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed to the carrier, I can unfortunately no longer change the address.

Is shipping free?
Yes, from €79.99 for shipments to France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands using eligible shipping methods.
What if my parcel does not arrive?
Contact me through the contact page with your order number. I will check the tracking and help you find a solution.
Are all items always shipped together?
I try to combine items into a single shipment whenever possible. In some cases, multiple parcels or shipping methods may be used.
When is an order paid by bank transfer processed?
The order is processed after the bank transfer has been received. Please include your order number in the payment reference.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Preparation may take 1–5 working days depending on the time of year, the item ordered and the volume of orders to process. This is in addition to the transit times shown below, which begin after dispatch. Contact me for a precise estimate of the preparation time for your order.
