14 days satisfied or refunded
In accordance with the provisions referred to in the French version, the consumer has 14 days from the delivery to return an article that does not suit him and ask, under the conditions provided, change or refund. Real shipping and return costs are excluded.
The product must be returned in perfect condition, in the original packaging not damaged and complete with accessories, instructions, cables, remote controls, guarantees and any other items provided. Incomplete, damaged, worn or in poor condition products may be refused or undergo a reduction in refund according to conditions.
Before returning you must contact the customer service CoralPlast to obtain the return authorization. Return costs are borne by the customer; real expenses incurred for the initial shipment are non-refundable. The goods travel at the risk of the customer, who is invited to use a service adequately insured and protected.
The refund shall be made on the intended medium within the period indicated by the original policy, after the exercise of the right of withdrawal and the verification of the conditions of the product.
