CP-10 Max in operation
A demonstration of the CoralPlast CP-10 Max automatic filter operating on a marine aquarium.
Made in France
CoralPlast filters remove particles before they break down, with no daily handling. There is a model — or a bespoke adapter — to fit your aquarium exactly as it is.
Solid waste is captured before it breaks down, helping to limit nitrate and phosphate in the aquarium.
The filter fleece advances automatically when loaded: no more filter sock to rinse every day.
The included CP-Control PLUS tracks roll usage and sends alerts when needed, from any device.
Compatibility
No drilling and no pipework to add or alter in the sump. Our filters fit the existing setup, even in tanks that were never designed for an automatic roller filter.
Filter-sock holder, drain chamber, sumpless tank, Red Sea, Waterbox or Blue Marine: the range covers the most common setups.
No drilling and no bonding. The adapter sits on the existing holder.
Drop-in installation, ready to use out of the box.

We make a bespoke adapter for your exact aquarium or sump model, at no extra cost compared with a standard adapter. Send us a photo and your tank model.
CoralPlast filters or adapters are already available for many leading brands and reef setups.

Filter media & replacement rolls
Our rolls use a calender-bonded non-woven polyester, approximately 40 to 50 g/m² depending on the product. This process creates a compact, consistent fleece with no added surface treatment, selected specifically for our automatic filters.
| More consistent fleece | Calender bonding distributes fibres evenly. Unlike some non-wovens that can contain more open or denser areas, the filter surface remains consistent across the full width of the roll. |
| Fine, consistent filtration | A consistent structure supports even retention of fine particles and limits preferential flow through less dense areas. Actual filtration fineness nevertheless depends on flow rate, organic load and operating conditions. |
| Optimised consumption | When the fleece loads evenly, more of its surface is used effectively. This can reduce unnecessary roll advances and extend roll life compared with media whose density varies more across the surface. |
Why do we emphasise media consistency? At a similar basis weight, not all non-wovens behave in the same way. CoralPlast rolls are selected for consistent mechanical filtration, effective fine-particle retention and even use of the fleece. We prefer to describe media structure and behaviour rather than quote a theoretical micron rating that alone does not reflect real aquarium filtration.
Non-genuine rolls: we strongly advise against using media not specifically listed as compatible by CoralPlast. Incorrect thickness, density or permeability can cause malfunctions, excessive roll advance or filter damage, and may invalidate the warranty.

Support
Yes. CP-OFF is specifically designed for sumpless tanks. A bespoke adapter can also be made for any other unusual setup.
No. Installation simply uses the existing holder, with no drilling or additional pipes to connect.
Send us a photo and the exact tank model through the contact page. We will make a bespoke adapter at no extra cost compared with a standard adapter.
The controller always starts in access-point mode (CP-Control_XXXXXX). Your home Wi-Fi can then be configured optionally under Tools → WiFi / LAN Setup without losing direct access.
Yes. The “Try the Live Controller” button above opens an interactive demo with simulated data, identical to the real filter interface.
Send us a photo of your sump or aquarium. We will recommend the right solution, including a bespoke adapter at no extra cost.
